Description
The Bethel School of 1917 was located in the far left corner of the Bethel Church yard off Luther Bailey Road near Gordon Road. In 1925 the school was consolidated into Starr High School in Sharpsburg. Starr High, too, was closed many years ago. This photo is provided from the files of the Coweta County School System, and the youngster are not identified. The Newnan-Coweta Historical Society would appreciate hearing from anyone who knows the names of the people pictured.
