This photo provided by Herbert Ozmore of Newnan shows a group of well-known, Newnan men on a fishing trip to Florida. One of the members of the group, Walter Sanders, provided the identification for the photo. Left to right are Lamar Potts, sheriff of Coweta County. Walter Sander, attorney; Theo Davis, cotton buyer for Manget Brothers; Ben Orr, with I.N. Orr Company; Jack Powell, president of First National Bank; Jim Farmer, clerk of Coweta Superior Court, and wearing the felt hat; John Carpenter, who was a real estate agent in Newnan. This photo was made at Lake Griffin near Leesburg, Florida, where this group made an annual trip to fish. They rented a boat and lived on board for the duration of the trip.
