Description
The Newnan Junior Service League Follies, a benefit show staged about every four years, has been a tradition since 1941. This group of young women performed in the 1948 edition of the show. The scene is from a show program provided by Katie Arnall Hollis. From left are Mrs. Edgar Parrott (now Mrs. Ed Cole), Mrs. James Beavers Jr., Mrs. William Beavers and Miss Lucy Arnall (sister of Mrs. Hollis). The Follies 1988 show is set for March 10, 11 and 12 at the Newnan Municipal Auditorium. Shows are 8 p.m. each evening. Tickets are $6 in advance from any Junior League member, or $7 on the performance nights.
